For graduates, the recruitment process is as follows:
Applicants need to apply online via our website by selecting the "Graduate Careers" option
Applicants will be required to submit a comprehensive CV, a completed competency - based questionnaire as well as official academic transcripts
Should the application be successful, candidates will be contacted by the Graduate Recruitment Officer in order to schedule an interview at our offices
Following a successful interview candidates will be required to undergo psychometric evaluations, which forms a valuable part of our recruitment and selection process
Successful candidates will thereafter be offered a contract of employment and those who are unsuccessful will receive timely feedback
For experienced professionals, the recruitment process is as follows:
Applicants will be required to apply online and register their CV on the professional careers website by selecting the "Professional Careers" option
Applications will initially be screened and short-listed and successful applicants will then undergo a first interview with the Internal Recruitment Consultant
For those applying for positions in Audit, psychometric evaluations may be required at this stage
Should the candidates meet the requirements of the position applied for, a second interview will be scheduled with the relevant Manager/Partner
