Role Description

The individual will have a working knowledge of Payroll operations and understand the nature of the business with the deadline and accuracy at the main front to ensure that our client’s employees are paid in a timely manner.

  • Prepare monthly payroll run and monthly submissions on the statutory platform.
  • Prepare and circulation of payslips to clients electronically.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and information before processing, submission and circulation.
  • Coordinate and respond to client requests in time.
  • Ensuring timely, clear communication, escalation to required parties in related timeframe.
  • Ability to work and interact within a team and with customers

Qualifications

  • Payroll administrative experience of at least one year in a payroll environment.
  • Academic requirements- HSC or above.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Good Team work spirit
  • Strong written and communications skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong Numeracy skills.
