Seniors - Tax

Mazars in Mauritius is actively recruiting for Seniors in the Tax Service Line. We are seeking for individuals ideally having 2 – 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to management. These individuals will be managing a portfolio of clients.
As part of the role, the Seniors would be expected to:
- To assist Tax Assistant Manager on the Monitoring of Engagements.
- To prepare tax computations and filling of tax return for a portfolio of clients.
- To assists or perform on Tax Advisory / planning assignment.
- To assists or perform Tax Ligations assignments
- Team Members Coaching & Guiding assistant on tax projects.
- Any other assignments and task assigned by Tax Assistant Managers/ Tax Partner.
Qualifications and Experience
- ACCA qualified or partly qualified;
- Good understanding of Accounting Frameworks (IFRS);
- Good understanding of local tax laws
- Possess positive “can do” attitude to challenges and agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities;
- Promotes the firm’s values and beliefs, demonstrating integrity and maintaining an ethical stance, using flexibility and tact to express views as necessary.
