Supervisor and Manager in Quality & Risk Management

Mazars in Mauritius is actively recruiting for Supervisor and Manager position in its Quality and Risk Management Department. We are seeking for individuals ideally having 4+ years of experience as a Supervisor and 6+ years of experience as a Manager, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to management. These individuals will be supporting the Firm’s System of Quality Management and work on directly with relevant Process Owners, other Managers and Partners.
Qualifications and Experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified or partly qualified;
- Experience as Internal Auditors/ Compliance Officers and or
- Qualifications/Expertise in Risk Management would be an advantage;
- Expertise in Accounting Frameworks (IFRS);
- Good understanding of Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance and Governance, Quality Management and Monitoring;
- Possess positive “can do” attitude to challenges and agility to multitask effectively across competing priorities;
- Promotes the firm’s values and beliefs, demonstrating integrity and maintaining an ethical stance, using flexibility and tact to express views as necessary.
